With over 15 years of experience in the barbering industry, I built a strong foundation in client
relationships, communication, and personalized service—skills that seamlessly translated into
my transition into real estate. Since making the change in 2019, I have found true passion in
helping individuals and families navigate the home buying and selling process.
My background in working one-on-one with clients allows me to understand people’s needs on a
deeper level, ensuring each experience is both smooth and meaningful. Prior to my current role,
I helped manage and lead a real estate team, further strengthening my leadership and
mentorship abilities. Today, I proudly serve as Head of Agent Growth with Living by the Coast
Realty Group, where I focus on developing, mentoring, and empowering agents to reach their
full potential.
While I continue to serve my personal clients and referral network, my greatest fulfillment comes
from seeing the agents I mentor grow and succeed in their careers. Their success is a direct
reflection of the collaborative and supportive environment I strive to create.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and daughter, helping manage our
family farm in the mountains, and gardening at home. Whenever possible, I take time to
recharge at the beach—an essential reset that keeps me energized and ready to navigate the
ever-evolving world of real estate.
