He ultimately served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a regional retailer based in Charlotte, where he developed deep expertise in financial strategy, negotiation, and operational excellence.

Michael is actively involved in the local and state Realtor associations, serving on the Grievance, Global, and Finance Committees at the local level, as well as the Finance Committee at the state level. He's also been elected to serve at the Citizens Revaluation Advisory board for Mecklenburg County. Fluent in Spanish, Michael works with both English- and Spanish-speaking clients. He lives in the NoDa neighborhood of Charlotte with his wife, Laura, and their four children: Matthew, Christian, Elizabeth, and Michael Francis.
