About Carrie Lee Hoffman

Hello, my is Carrie Lee Hoffman. I’ve called Western North Carolina home since 1989, and after living in other beautiful places including Miami, Colorado, and the North Carolina coast. I can say it simply, nothing compares to Madison County, the Jewel of the Blue Ridge Mountains

My family and I live in Marshall, NC. My husband, Will, serves as Superintendent of Madison County Schools, and we’re raising our three daughters Camille, Maya, and Ella in a community we feel incredibly grateful to call home. Our family’s ties to Mars Hill University run deep, and through the Richard L. Hoffman Foundation we’ve helped conserve 300 acres on Bailey Mountain, preserving what makes this area so special.

My real estate story started in 1997, refurbishing and selling homes in Madison County. That hands-on experience shaped how I work today. I see the details that matter, I know how to spot value and risk, and I care deeply about helping people make decisions they feel good about long after closing day.

As a RE/MAX® agent, I combine local knowledge, strategic marketing, and consistent communication to help clients navigate their real estate goals with confidence. Backed by 66 five-star client reviews, I was honored to rank #1 in total sales volume in Madison County, Mars Hill, and Wolf Laurel in 2025. That achievement reflects the same standard of excellence behind RE/MAX’s overall #1 ranking against its competitors for 17 consecutive years, and it speaks to my commitment to delivering trusted service, exceptional results, and meaningful stewardship in the community I’m proud to serve.

Whether you’re buying, selling, or just exploring options, I’d love to be a resource.
Please don’t hesitate to reach out. I’m here to help.
