Through VoicePad, potential buyers can receive information on any CMLS or PRAR listing by simply entering or speaking an address or MLS number into a mobile phone. VoicePad then captures caller information, such as name and phone number, so that the associate can follow up on the lead. Registered VoicePad customers automatically receive interior photos, and associates receive a Google map showing all properties that the buyer has inquired about.
VoicePad is also a great listing tool. Associates are provided with a dashboard to track buyer inquiries on listings, and the system automatically converts the data into professional grade property presentations to share with sellers – in English and Spanish.
